Our Mission

A small school with big-hearted ambitions for every child.

We believe the early years are sacred ground. Our classrooms are warm, orderly, and full of wonder — places where reading circles, recess games, and the Lord's Prayer all belong in the same day.

Every student is known by name, challenged at their level, and loved the way a family loves.

01
Faith & Character
Daily values formation and weekly chapel built into the rhythm of school life.
02
Strong Fundamentals
Phonics-first literacy, Singapore math, and hands-on science from Nursery up.
03
Kindness on Purpose
We teach friendship, repair, and courage as explicitly as we teach spelling.
04
Parents as Partners
Open classrooms, monthly conferences, and a portal that actually helps.
"Every child, by name."— our founding promise, still our daily practice.

A message from our directress
"A school is not a building. It is the way grown-ups speak to children, the songs we sing at assembly, the silence we keep before we pray. At Nataniel Castle, we try to get all of that right — one little heart at a time."
Dr. Maria Lourdes Castro-VillanuevaDirectress · at NCA since 2004

From our families

What parents tell us at pickup.

We picked NCA for the academics. We stayed because our daughter comes home singing. Her teachers know her birthday, her favorite snack, and exactly when to push her.
My son was a shy reader in Grade 1. By Grade 3 he was reading chapter books out loud to his baby sister. Whatever NCA did, it worked — and it was gentle.
